Life can bring so many good things to us however not
everything is always so happy go-lucky. Things do not always go the way would
like them to, and this can bring someone to stress. Everyone has stress at some
point in their life some more than others. So we have to learn a healthy way to
deal with it.
Avoiding things like smoking and drinking, which only give relief for a short amount of time and do more harm than good is the first thing to know. To start off with there are many little and easy things that help keep you stress free or minimize stress, this includes breathing exercises, laughter, and taking brief walks. All are very affective but if you have some more time on your hands you can also start a journal to write in which is highly recommended, or listen to a few of your favorite songs, you could even try starting a garden which will keep you outside and enjoying the fresh air.
There are just so many things that can cause people stress, which can be very harmful to the body, so we must know how to control it and be able to deal with it when it comes creeping in. Stay stress free and keep healthy, there are many things in life to enjoy!!!!!!!!!
