Healthy hair


            I would like to describe some natural way to keep your hair shiny and healthy. We all know that hair is very important for women. What I have to mention that the right diet is the most important for skin and hair.  First I want to tell you about special conditioner.


This is a mixture which will make your hair look good and it will grow faster. The receipt is very easy:
1 or 2 yolks
10 drops of fresh lemon
3 drops of camphor oil
Mixed it well!!!!
When your hair is washed   put this “conditioner” on your hair and put towel around your head. Keep it for about 20-30 minutes. Try to repeat once a week and after 2 months you will see results.



Another example that is good when you are losing your hair:
Put 100 grams of roots of burdock in a 350 ml of warm water. Boil it for 5 minutes. After boiling wait until it will be cool and next strain it. Put it on your head and message your scalp for a few minutes. Then brush your hair and leave until your hair gets becomes dry.

Something to make your hair stronger
Buy a big turnip and grate it. Try to squeeze all the juice and put it on your scalp. Leave it for 30 minutes.
Attention: make sure you will do it BEFORE washing your hair. Rinse properly.

Mask for dry hair
Smash fresh avocado with a fork and then add 3 spoons of mayo or sour cream. Mix it well and created mask and put it on your washed hair. After 30 minutes wash your hair with shampoo.

          These are some idea how you can care for your hair and make it looks healthy, shiny and strong.  The most important is that you do not have to spent much money do have healthy looking hair.
