Keeping stress Minimum


 Life can bring so many good things to us however not everything is always so happy go-lucky. Things do not always go the way would like them to, and this can bring someone to stress. Everyone has stress at some point in their life some more than others. So we have to learn a healthy way to deal with it. 
       
Avoiding things like smoking and drinking, which only give relief for a short amount of time and do more harm than good is the first thing to know. To start off with there are many little and easy things that help keep you stress free or minimize stress, this includes breathing exercises, laughter, and taking brief walks. All are very affective but if you have some more time on your hands you can also start a journal to write in which is highly recommended, or listen to a few of your favorite songs, you could even try starting a garden which will keep you outside and enjoying the fresh air.
       
 There are just so many things that can cause people stress, which can be very harmful to the body, so we must know how to control it and be able to deal with it when it comes creeping in. Stay stress free and keep healthy, there are many things in life to enjoy!!!!!!!!!

Natural Face Masks


Why go looking at your salon, or beauty supply store for great skin products when you can get just as good ones in your local supermarket. Making natural homemade face masks is fun and easy! However it is always important to test anything homemade on your skin before applying it to your face, best place would be on your forearm. 
There are many face masks to choose from, liquid, oatmeal, and egg white being just a few. When constructing a liquid mask it is important to know your skin type. Honey can be used for dry skin just leave it on for a few minutes and wash it off with warm water.
 Olive oil, is another good one, extra virgin is best making a wonderful facial. Lastly for the liquid masks is yogurt! Unflavored yogurt is best for toning out the skin by applying a thin layer and rinsing it out after a few minutes. Oatmeal face masks are very common and work amazingly. All you do is grind it a bit in the food processor, add water to create a paste, and then allow it to sit on your face for a few minutes.
Finally our last face mask is the egg white mask. This mask soothes the skin and leaves it glowing just take some egg whites whip them up and apply them to your skin until it dry’s and becomes hard. Rinse it off when you are done and voila your skin should feel much better.
 So next time you want to treat your skin to something nice remember you don’t have to spend a fifty dollars at the salon do it at home and see the same results!

Natural Ways of Keeping your Hair Healthy



           These days self-image is a huge thing for many women and one of the factors that greatly affects this is our hair. We want it to look its best so we straighten, curl, blow-dry and put excessive heat on it to that it truly does. However all though your hair may look good it definitely does not feel good, and you must stop before the damage is done and there is no way turning back.
            Here are a few tips that should get you and your hair feeling better and healthier.
  • Step 1 would be your diet, since hair starts growing form the body you have to make sure you are eating healthy. Eat a diet high in protein, vitamins, iron and silica. 
  • Step 2 leave hair looking shiny by eating foods with vitamin A and C, omega 3 and selenium. This will also help prevent a dry and flaky scalp which irritates many people. 
  • Step 3 is avoiding the obvious, heat tools. Whether it is direct sunlight, or hair styling products such as hair dryers or straighteners, heat is a major cause of damaged hair. You want to limit the use of heat as much as possible to prevent breakage. Many of us do use hot tools on our hair because that is just the way we live, and if so make sure to go for a trim every 3 months to cut off any split and damaged ends so they do not travel up the hair shaft. 
 Finally make sure to drink plenty of water. Lack of water causes dehydration, which can lead to dry, brittle hair!!!

EXERCISES


It is natural for a person, to want to feel healthy and beautiful, however there are many things we need to do to achieve this state. Obviously you cannot expect to gain a 6-pack, by lying on the coach and eating potato chips all day, so it is important to figure out your fitness plan.There are hundreds of companies out their trying to suck you in to their products claiming that you can lost pounds like it is nothing. This can work for a little, however as soon as you end your special diet the weight will slowly creep it’s way back. Eating good nutritious foods, and exercising are the two Gods of a healthy lifestyle. 
One of the first things to do is check up with your doctor about your current state of health; goals for the future, and the proper foods you should be eating. Remember it is important that you really are motivated in to becoming healthy, not just because someone told you to but because you want to. Once you’ve figured out your diet plan that consists of a well balance of the four food groups; grains, meats, diary, and fruits & vegetables, you are ready to move on to fitness. 
Many people make the huge mistake of starting off with a hard core work out that pains every muscle in your body, when instead start of with something basic and ease your way in too the harder things. This gives good motivation because you are not dreading the workout, and constantly in pain. Start off with half an hour cardio, and then focus on problem areas for example doing 60 crunches, to achieve a flatter stomach.
 Remember weight loss is not an easy thing, results may not show for a while, but there is a guarantee that you feel much better and more full of life. Everyone should be living a healthy lifestyle and keeping their body in a good state if not you can run in to many problems like diabetes and high cholesterol. A great tip to avoiding bad food when shopping is staying clear of the middle isles and only going through the outer part of the store where the fruits and vegetables usually are. 
Stay motivated and set realistic goals; getting fit is not just because you want to look good, but because you want to feel good as well.  The reward in the end is worth all the hard work, guarantee!!!!!!

Healthy hair


            I would like to describe some natural way to keep your hair shiny and healthy. We all know that hair is very important for women. What I have to mention that the right diet is the most important for skin and hair.  First I want to tell you about special conditioner.


This is a mixture which will make your hair look good and it will grow faster. The receipt is very easy:
1 or 2 yolks
10 drops of fresh lemon
3 drops of camphor oil
Mixed it well!!!!
When your hair is washed   put this “conditioner” on your hair and put towel around your head. Keep it for about 20-30 minutes. Try to repeat once a week and after 2 months you will see results.



Another example that is good when you are losing your hair:
Put 100 grams of roots of burdock in a 350 ml of warm water. Boil it for 5 minutes. After boiling wait until it will be cool and next strain it. Put it on your head and message your scalp for a few minutes. Then brush your hair and leave until your hair gets becomes dry.

Something to make your hair stronger
Buy a big turnip and grate it. Try to squeeze all the juice and put it on your scalp. Leave it for 30 minutes.
Attention: make sure you will do it BEFORE washing your hair. Rinse properly.

Mask for dry hair
Smash fresh avocado with a fork and then add 3 spoons of mayo or sour cream. Mix it well and created mask and put it on your washed hair. After 30 minutes wash your hair with shampoo.

          These are some idea how you can care for your hair and make it looks healthy, shiny and strong.  The most important is that you do not have to spent much money do have healthy looking hair.            My name is Paulina but my friends call me Paola. I came from Poland and I am an international student at Sheridan College. I am enrolled in the two years program in Business Administration- Finance. I graduated with Bachelor of Arts in my country and I hope to do my Master Degree here.             I have few passions. The most important for me are handball, my dog, reading and …beauty. I chose the last one as my blog topic because handball is a very European sport. I can talk about my dog and talk and talk so I do not want you to get board of reading. Books- I read only polish books. So that is way I chose beauty the topic important for every lady.              What is beauty?              Beauty has a relative meaning. For every of us it has different sense. For me beauty is everywhere. But lets try to be focused on personal beauty. When you feel good in your body you feel beautiful.  That is way I chose this topic to share with you with my ideas. I would like to talk about some natural receipts to make you feel good, happy and satisfied with the way you look. I will talk about some stereotypes and controversy – like detox.
